Thanksgiving in San Francisco
We prepared a roasted turkey dinner in Virginia before flying to the West Coast so that Julia’s mom wouldn’t feel as if she’d missed out on Thanksgiving. We spent the better half of our time visiting my daughter Kelsey and her beau Joe while in San Francisco. We spent the remainder of our time as tourists. We stayed in Chinatown and enjoyed our dim sum daily. San Francisco is a world-class city and this simple post fails to give the city its due.
When in the Bay Area you must visit Fisherman’s Wharf, the Embarcadero, Chinatown, and the many parks and museums. While there, venture into the many quant neighborhoods and check out the street life during the hustle and bustle of the business day and at night.
This is a city that we’re bound to revisit again and again.
